We can carry out projects from basic engineering, conceptualization and detailed engineering as well as project execution.
VIDENA Remodeling and Expansion Project
Various services were performed, including the programming and configuration of 1700 connection points, including digital/analog inputs and outputs, as well as Modbus, BACnet, Profinet communication, among others. Schneider EBO software was used for the operator interface. These services were applied in 6 Videna complexes (Aquatic Center, Velodrome, Athletic Stadium, Bowling, Administrative Building and Sports Center), together with a 7th complex of external works. An access control system called Security de Expert was also programmed, with 800 signals distributed in the same complexes.
BMS Hospital Posope Alto
Services were performed including programming 500 signals to configure digital inputs, analog inputs, digital outputs, analog outputs, analog outputs and communications (Modbus serial, TCP/IP, Bacnet MSTP, Bacnet/IP). Operator interfaces were implemented using Schneider's EBO software (Enterprise Server).
These services were applied in the hospital and its power house, covering areas such as electrical panels, fire water, transfers, transformers, medical gas systems, ventilation, air conditioning, fire panels, network analyzers, drives, UPS and precision equipment for the data center, among others.
BMS System and Intrusion and Access Control System Temple of Olivos
Services included the programming of 1200 signals, including configuration of digital/analog inputs/outputs and communications (Modbus serial, TCP/IP, Bacnet MSTP/IP).
More than 240 BMS charts were deployed with Schneider EBO software. Monitored systems such as Air Conditioning (Chiller, Umas, VAV, VRV), Fire Panel, Mechanical Ventilation and Electrical System in 3 buildings. An intrusion and access control system was integrated with 200 signals in those buildings, including glass sensors, keypads, panic buttons and door sensors. A total of 12 boards were created, 3 for BMS and 9 for the intrusion/access control system.
